A little update, and how to support the kaupapa (if you're interested)...
I often get asked how people can support my mahi, here's one way...
Kia ora whānau,
I often get questions about how people can support the mahi we do here at When Lambs Are Silent. One way is by subscribing, reading, sharing our content, and just taking the conversations we have here into the real world.
However, for those who would like to, I have also recently added a paid subscription feature to our substack.
Now, this doesn’t mean much in terms of change for you. Something I’m firm on is that my writing, and the work we do here, it’s not a commodity, and neither am I.
My mahi here is for the love of the kaupapa, because I believe that we can have hard conversations about important things, in a loving and respectful way. And because I truly believe that we can make this world a better place.
If my work’s helpful to people, I don’t want to put up any barriers up to accessing it.
So, my work will always stay open and accessible to all.
However, if you’re in a position to, and you would like to financially support our mahi, you can choose to upgrade to a paid subscription. This will just support us to keep doing this, to keep the roof on, and food on the table (as it were).
I can’t promise you heaps of exclusive content (for the reason outlined above), but it may be from time to time I share with you updates of project’s i’m working on, or a sneak peak into something that I’m putting together, or even that we utilize the brand, spanking new, chat function and have some cool conversations. To be honest who knows.
If you’re not in a position to, than honestly, there’s no worries. Keep engaging, commenting, reading, and sharing. You’re valued and you’re loved.
In fact, I truly appreciate all of you.
Thank you for engaging with my work and joining me in this little, crazy space we’ve created here. And well, for taking the time to read, and even consider this. I hope you all have a fantastic day.
A.J. Hendry
P.S don’t forget, Love is the Way…
